Each guest attending the retreat will need to be registered separately. You can add multiple registrants to this registration form by clicking save registrant at the bottom of the page. You will then be prompted to add another registrant or go to payment methods.

We highly recommend taking out travel insurance for any reasons that could cause a last minute cancellation (injury, medical reason, weather]. There are many travel insurance companies you can choose from, and this would need to be reserved through a third party.
If you cancel outside of 14 days prior to arrival, you receive a full refund. If you cancel inside 14 days prior to arrival, it is 100% non-refundable unless you find someone to take your place in the conference.
